Louis Selincourt – Louis has over 35 years of experience working across all functions and leadership positions in both small and large high tech companies including many small companies that became large companies during his tenure, such as Oracle, NetApp and Zynga. Louis has gained a reputation, while working in the US and 15+ other countries and cultures, as the “get the hard job done guy” especially where fast growth and scalability are expected. Louis, who is a huge soccer fan and snowboarder, lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Michelle – they have three grown children, two who are out in the world making a difference, and one still in college.
Regan Bach – Regan has a formal background in Organizational Psychology, Sociology, and Human Services, and works with senior leaders and organizations in a variety of capacities that include coaching, consulting, and advisory services. He has a wealth of experience working in fast-paced, interrupt-driven technology companies where leadership agility and high stakes decision-making are paramount. His experience, combined with a diverse upbringing and extensive world travels, give Regan a unique perspective on individual and organizational change. Regan was also a professional whitewater kayaker for 10 years. He currently lives in Marin County and is the father of two daughters and a son.
Dave Kresse – Dave Kresse is a seasoned executive with more than fifteen years of executive experience in the technology industry. He is currently the CEO of Coraid, the market leading provider of data storage solutions for cloud service providers and enterprises that are experiencing rapid, unpredictable data growth. Dave also holds a board seat as an independent director at Embrane, whose mission is to accelerate network agility and security through application-centric networking solutions.
Prior to Coraid, Dave was CEO of application performance and security vendor Mu Dynamics, which was acquired by Spirent. Before joining Mu Dynamics, Dave served as Vice President and General Manager of the NetApp storage management and application integration business, where he drove rapid revenue growth and led the first solution integration effort between NetApp and VMware. Prior to NetApp, Dave held leadership positions at Leapfrog Enterprises, PowerSchool, Inc. (acquired by Apple Computer), and Bain & Company. Dave lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Anne and two children.
