A collaborative initiative between JHTC and J Leaders, expanding our ability to serve Jewish young adults seeking mentorship. The program kicks off each January and is now accepting applications for the next cohort.
Built on the foundation laid in 2016, this program has evolved significantly over seven years — creating many long-lasting friendships and transformative professional relationships.

Submit your mentee or mentor application through J Leaders. Applications open each fall for the January cohort.

Our committee carefully pairs mentees with mentors based on career goals, industry, and personal fit.
Grow Together
Meet regularly throughout the year, attend cohort events, and build a relationship that lasts beyond the program.
